How a job runs
We get involved early, so you know where the budget stands before you're too far into the plans.

Early plan review
We review your plans in the early stages so we can get you a budget early on and see whether the plans need changes.

Rough budget
We go over everything that needs to be on the budget sheet and put together a rough budget based on our experience. At this point we also set our fee.

Contract, permits & bids
Once you agree, we prepare a contract. When it's signed, we start on permits and bid out the project.
04
Get building
As soon as the permit is issued and the deposit is in, we schedule the start and get the job rolling.
